1. Are prices the same online and in store?

Yes, our prices are the same online and in-store, except for when we have an in-store sale, then some products may have a different discounted price in stores than online

2. I missed my delivery and I want to schedule another delivery. Is that possible?

Currently all orders are shipped UPS, FedEx or Canpar shipping. Their policy notes that they attempt delivery twice. If their attempts fail, the package will be shipped back to the store after a short time. In this case, we can schedule another delivery with extra fees or you can pick it up at the store at anytime.

3. I would like to return my order, what should I do?

All refund shipping cost is at the buyers expense. We do 1 time free shipping only. If you are not satisfied about your order, you may return it within 15 days from the date of receiving, if it remains unused and in its original conditions and original box. Returns do not apply on final sale products, Clearance, Discontinued products, Car seats and Car Seat Bases, Mattresses, Breast Pumps and Accessories, Personal Care Products, Teeters and Pacifiers, Feeding Items, Diapers and Swimwear, Furniture (because it is special order), Bathroom Items,  and Items on sale. Return fees may apply. Also Please refer to our terms & conditions and return policy.

4. My item is defective, what should I do?

5. Can I return in store an item that I bought online?

Yes, you can leave the product at the store, with the receipt, except some brands which refunds is only directly to manufacturer.

7. Can I pick up an order bought online from store?

Yes, you can choose this option while making your purchase online.
There is also option for Free local delivery.

8. I want to cancel my order what should I do?

If you would like to cancel your order, contact the store Monday-Friday 10am-6pm at +1 450-978-6777 within one working day of placing your original order to check the shipping status. If the shipment has been already made, the cancellation will not be possible. If not, we may cancel your order. Please refer to our terms & conditions and our return policy.
